01 What does the design process include?
It includes measurements, a personalized design proposal, material selection at our showroom, fabrication, and installation.
02 How long does fabrication take?
The estimated fabrication time is 3 to 6 weeks. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity and scope of each project.
03 Does the price include installation?
Yes. All our projects include delivery and installation on the ground floor within the Monterrey metropolitan area. If installation on an upper floor is required, there may be an additional cost.
04 What materials do you work with?
We work with an extensive selection of materials including quartzite, granite, marble, engineered stone, quartz, and more — chosen for their beauty, durability, and versatility.
05 Do you ship outside Monterrey?
Yes. While most of our projects are in San Pedro Garza García and the Monterrey metropolitan area, we also serve clients in other cities across Mexico. Logistics and shipping are coordinated by the client; however, we are happy to provide support and recommendations to ensure proper handling of each project.
