Use of Cookies and Similar Technology
Our website may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, analytics tools or similar technologies to improve the browsing experience, remember preferences, analyze website usage, measure advertising campaigns, improve our content and offer more relevant information to users. Information that may be collected through these technologies includes IP address, browser type, operating system, device used, pages visited, time spent, approximate location, access source and browsing behavior.
In particular, UNIQ uses usage analytics anonymously for 100% of visits, on the basis of tacit consent under the Law (non-sensitive usage data): it measures in aggregate —page views, clicks, scrolling, browser and device type— without setting cookies or identifying the user across sessions. It may also record the browsing session anonymously with all form fields masked: what the user types (name, email, phone) is never recorded. The user may object to this anonymous processing by emailing hola@uniqstonedesign.com. Only if the user accepts the cookie banner does analytics use cookies and link their activity across visits.
The user can configure their browser to accept, block or delete cookies. However, disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality or experience of the website.
Protection of Personal Data
UNIQ implements reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized use, access or processing. These measures may include access controls, information safeguarding, use of secure platforms, confidentiality agreements, internal policies, backups, device protection and limiting data access only to personnel, suppliers or third parties who need it to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy.
ARCO Rights
Users have the right to access, rectify, cancel and object to their personal data ("ARCO Rights"). To exercise these rights, in accordance with Article 29 of the Law, users must send a request to hola@uniqstonedesign.com, including:
- The owner's name and address or other means to communicate the response.
- Documents proving the identity of the owner or, if applicable, the legal representative.
- A clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which one of the above rights is sought.
- Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.
Responses to these requests will be provided within a maximum of 20 business days, with the possibility of a justified extension. Users may limit the use or disclosure of their personal data, or revoke consent for its processing, following the same procedure for ARCO Rights.
Retention of Personal Data
UNIQ will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as well as to comply with legal, contractual, tax, accounting, administrative or rights-defense obligations. Once personal data is no longer necessary for such purposes, UNIQ will proceed to block, cancel, delete or retain it only in cases permitted by applicable legislation.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
UNIQ reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. Any modifications will be published on our website, so we recommend reviewing these policies periodically to stay informed of any updates.
